Application not affiliated with Hellfest Open Air or Frago Labs. Trademarks, site plan, artist photos, bios and social links remain the property of their respective rights-holders; they are surfaced as-is via the festival's public APIs, with no licence granted to the user.
Terms of use (EULA)
By using the app (entering a first name and submitting the welcome screen) you accept the following terms:
- Strictly personal, non-commercial use, to consult the running order and coordinate your friends.
- You only use your own first name and do not submit illegal, defamatory or abusive content.
- You do not scrape, republish or resell third-party data (running order, bios, maps).
- You do not bypass technical safeguards (rate limits, admin console, session cookie).
- The app is provided as-is. The schedule may be inaccurate, the server may be unavailable, and GPS-to-plan projection is approximate.
Limitation of liability — Alex. M, as Operator, shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use of the app — including (without limitation) missing a band, getting lost on the festival site, or losing data. Total aggregate liability is capped at €50. See docs/EULA.md for the full text.
Artist information
Bios, photos, genres, countries and social links shown in this app come from the festival's public APIs (api.fragolabs.com) and from hellfest.fr. The Operator does not warrant the accuracy or completeness of this information and holds no rights to it. Rights-holders may request removal of specific content by contacting the Operator.
Privacy (GDPR)
The app stores the strict minimum.
- Stored: your first name, your votes (bands + relative stage position), your map pin and your movement history (every pin drop/move), your notes and drinks, and per session a timestamp with a sample of your user-agent (platform/browser) used for device stats.
- Not stored: no email, no password, no IP, no advertising or third-party trackers, no continuous geolocation.
- You have the full set of GDPR rights: access, rectification (rename via your profile), erasure, portability (JSON export), objection.
Export your data: GET /api/users/me/export · Delete your data: DELETE /api/users/me
Acceptance
Continuing to use the app means you accept these terms in full. If you don't agree, delete your account ("Delete my data") and stop using the app.
